Standing Pilates

Pilates aims to improve strength, increase flexibility where needed and restore good patterns of movement. The classes I teach use mathwork Pilates techniques as a core programme but will always incorporate standing exercises. We spend an awful lot of time on our feet and learning to move efficiently can be challenging. 

Balance pads are one of the tools that an instructor can use to make exercises more challenging as well as fun and these ones are ready and raring to go in a class near you!
